Selected Artist: London 2026

Poppy Lennox

Based in London, Poppy Lennox is a painter and sculptor whose practice looks to the structures of the universe and nature's intricate systems to explore the interconnectivity of life. Working across mediums including wood, plaster, paint, earth, metal powders, beeswax, raw silk and thread, she is drawn to the repetition of form as a way of understanding the vastness and complexity of existence. Tethered forms of thread go beyond the woven mark to connect the microcosm and macrocosm, reflecting on the energetic and vibrational forces that surround every aspect of life.
Lennox graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Newcastle University before working as a project manager for museums, curators and artists. Since returning to her own practice, her work has been shown widely, including at London Art Fair, Ruup & Form Gallery, London, Norwich Cathedral and Christie's. Her series Echoes of the Land featured in Stephen Ellcock's 2025 publication Common People, and her work is held in private collections across the UK, US, Singapore and the Middle East.
