Part 3. The concluding painting in the triptych When the Light Went Out. Although electricity has returned to the family home, the children remain outside, absorbed in examining the fireflies they've collected. The work reflects on the unique perspectives, hopes and possibilities we each carry, and our ability to find light even in moments of darkness. It celebrates how sharing these individual discoveries allows us to illuminate one another's lives, finding strength and wonder in what we bring together.
